Here’s how the process works

Our clients – probably clients very like you – come to us with customer data from a variety of places, in a variety of formats, and with varying degrees of quality. We take this data, work out how to make it truly useful, and create an eCRM programme to generate the maximum possible value from it.

We have a straightforward process of immersion (covering your market, customers and commercial objectives), uncovering what opportunities and quick wins you have and how much value we will be able to create for you. This process takes just four weeks – and while we’re doing that, we can take over your existing campaigns to make sure there’s continuity and free up internal resources.

The output is an agreed business case and ROI model (which may or may not support a major campaign – if it doesn’t, you’ve minimised your exposure and your risk; if it does, you will know how much revenue the programme will generate) and a set of agreed, prioritised recommendations.

The next step is to produce a detailed plan. This will include:

  • a strategy for 3D segmentation
  • framework customer journeys (combining digital touchpoints like email, web, social and mobile, analytics and an audit trail)
  • an outline messaging matrix
  • an agreed set of KPIs
  • and a schedule for reaching them.

You can then action it and measure it. If it’s appropriate we can execute it and manage the whole process for you. We’ll work with your existing suppliers or help you select new ones, set up tests, do the creative and production, and roll out a long-term campaign with regular performance reviews.
